How It Started
Our first car was petrol.
The hassle was insane.
Maintenance costs, unstable fuel prices, constant hassle. In the modern age, owning and maintaining a vehicle should be easier. When we drove a Chinese EV for the first time, everything changed. The feel, the quality, the silence. It was something else entirely.
We started questioning everything we had been told. “EVs are not maintainable.” “They are not sustainable in Nigeria.” Just bias. The truth is, EVs are already taking over the world. And then we looked at dealership prices in Nigeria. The markups are ridiculous. We knew it could be cheaper. That is what ChargeWay is here to do.

We are not the only ones in the EV space in Nigeria. There are bigger players, and honestly, we feel late to the game. But we know we can be part of the next chapter, helping Nigerians get these cars affordably. Dealership prices are ridiculous. The markups are terrible. The backbone of ChargeWay. Manages day-to-day operations, supplier relationships in China, logistics coordination, fleet partnerships, and ensures every customer interaction reflects the standard ChargeWay is building. If something moves at ChargeWay, Deborah made it happen.
